🔴LIVE NOW: 2026 Black-faced Spoonbill & Wintering Waterbird Stream (Shorebird Cam) is Officially Online! http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPj-5Q1uep2A-t5Ret2g0FQ/live We are thrilled to announce that the 2026 Black-faced Spoonbill and Wintering Waterbirds Live Stream is officially online! 🌿 About the Habitat The live broadcast is set in the South Salt Field Wetlands of Dingshan, Qigu (Tainan). This critical habitat is non-public marginal national land adopted by our association from the National Property Administration, Ministry of Finance, and officially accredited by the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency as an “other effective area-based conservation measures”(OECM) Site. 🌿Overcoming Technical Frontiers through Public-Private Partnership Deploying a round-the-clock live stream across an expansive, open wetland presents immense technical challenges—from harsh coastal sea winds and salt spray erosion to reliable off-grid power and high-bandwidth transmission. This milestone would not have been possible without our dedicated partners: • Taiwan Cooperative Financial Holding Co., Ltd.: For empowering biodiversity preservation and grassroots habitat stewardship through sustainable ESG investment. • Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd.: For delivering resilient telecommunication infrastructure and high-speed streaming capabilities to overcome coastal connectivity limits, simultaneously integrating multiple AI technologies. • Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Headquaters: For generously providing site access, bird-watching hide integration, and essential electrical power infrastructure. We invite nature lovers, educators, and birders across the globe to tune in and experience Taiwan’s vibrant wintering wetland biodiversity in real time without disturbing these magnificent winged travelers. #http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPj-5Q1uep2A-t5Ret2g0FQ/live #BFSA #水鳥直播(Shorebird Cam) #黑面琵鷺(Black-faced Spoonbill) #中華電信臺南營運處(Tainan Branch of Chunghwa Telecom Co.,Ltd.) (Southwest Coast National Scenic Area Headquaters )
